Prathibha Farms is the first Commercial Date Farm, Dragon Fruit and Thai Guava Farm was started by K. Krishna Prasad in 2012, it is located Utharpally Sangareddy, 35 km from Kukatpally, Hyderabad. It is a Dream comes true when the Desert fruit, Dates palm, was being cultivated in Telangana. K. Krishna Prasad tried all kind of traditional crops where no returns and high labour involvement. Finally chosen Dates and Dragon fruit because it consists less labour, low maintenance and high returns.
